Meet Stephanie
Hi, I’m Stephanie Turner, founder of Turner Ledgers. I started this firm with a simple goal: handle the bookkeeping so small business owners can get back to the work they actually started their business to do.
Whether you run a cozy boutique, a neighborhood café, a daycare, an online shop, or a service business, you deserve books that are done right and a bookkeeper whos’ in your corner.
I trained at an accounting and tax firm, working alongside CPAs and Enrolled Agents on a book of about twenty small business clients across several different industries. That work taught me one thing above everything else: every business is different, but every owner wants the same thing… organized books, fewer surprises, and confidence things are under control.
Today I work with restaurants, medical practices, daycares, retail shops, eCommerce and service businesses, including multi-location operations with inventory, payroll, POS systems, and sales tax across multiple jurisdictions. CPAs I’ve worked with now refer their own clients to me, and they count on getting books that are clean, organized, and ready for tax time.
I hold my bookkeeping certification through NACPB, along with QuickBooks ProAdvisor and QuickBooks Payroll certifications. I don’t prepare tax returns. My job is to make sure everything is ready for tax time.
Most of all, I want every client to feel supported. Your business is more than numbers. It’s the life you’re building and the community you’re part of, and I’m glad to play a small role in it.

I’m a former homeschool mom who believes no day truly starts without coffee, and I have more notebooks than anyone reasonably needs (and still buy more). I get genuinely excited about tidy spreadsheets and a well-organized chart of accounts.
My weekends usually involve a walk through downtown, a latte, and Sunday dinner with the family. Supporting small business owners is one of my greatest passions, because I know what it’s like to pour your heart into something and just want it to succeed.
