  • Everything is handled securely and remotely using cloud-based tools. We’ll use QuickBooks Online, and you’ll share documents and information through our secure client portal. You’ll always know what to expect and you’ll never feel out of the loop.

  • Yes. I use QuickBooks Online for all client bookkeeping. It keeps everything streamlined, secure and easy to share. If you’re not set up yet, no worries I offer QuickBooks setup as a one-time project.

  • To get started, I’ll need view-only access to your business bank and credit card accounts, current bookkeeping file (if you have one), and any platforms you use for sales or payroll. I’ll provide a detailed checklist during onboarding and walk you through each step so it’s easy and secure.

  • No! All services are offered at a flat monthly rate. That means no tracking minutes or watching the clock… just clear, predictable pricing that’s easy to budget for and keeps things simple.

  • No! Services are billed month-to-month and you’re free to adjust or cancel with 30 days’ notice. I believe in earning your trust, not locking you in.

  • I don’t file taxes, but I’ll work directly with your CPA or tax preparer to make sure everything is organized and ready at year-end. My goal is to make tax time as stress-free as possible for both of you.

  • If your books are falling behind, you’re unsure how much money you’re really making, or tax time causes stress… you’re not alone. These are all great signs it’s time to bring someone in. My job is to bring clarity so you can focus on what you love.
