  • Yes, for product-based businesses we make sure your inventory and cost of goods sold are adjusted correctly so your financials reflect your true margins and profitability.

  • Everything is handled using cloud-based tools like QuickBooks Online. You’ll share documents through our client portal, and we’ll stay in regular communication so you always know what’s happening with your books.

  • Yes, we use QuickBooks Online for all client work to keep everything streamlined, secure, and easy to share. If you’re not currently using QuickBooks Online, we can set it up as a one-time project.

  • To get started, we’ll need view-only access to your business bank and credit card accounts, your current bookkeeping system (if you have one), and any platforms you use for sales or payroll. We’ll guide you through each step so everything is simple and structured.

  • Yes, we can manage payroll processing and sales tax filings so everything stays organized and on schedule.

  • Yes, we offer catch-up and clean-up services to bring your books up to date. For inventory-based businesses, we focus on establishing a clean starting point so your numbers are accurate moving forward.

  • No, services are offered at a flat monthly rate, giving you clear, predictable pricing with no surprise invoices.

  • No, services are month-to-month and you’re free to adjust or cancel with a 30 days’ notice. We believe in earning your trust, not locking you into a long-term contract.
